Refunds and exchanges can be made up to 30 days after purchase. After this time it is no longer possible. Refunds and exchanges are NOT possible on personalised items.
In order to return your item, the item must be returned unused, in the original packaging.
Please also return the item with a copy of the sales receipt/invoice included.
To request a refund use the Contact Us page to notify us of your request - we will send you full instructions of what to do next. Once your item has been received and subject to inspection we will send you notification of approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be applied via the same method of original payment. Please allow 5-7 days for processing. Late or missing refunds should be checked in the first instance with your bank or credit card company. Once this has been done, please use the Contact Us page to notify us and we can investigate.
Sale items are not subject to refunds and are 'sold as seen'. You may however exchange your item using the exchange policy.
If the item was purchased as a gift please notify us at the time of the sale. Our gift policy will apply and a gift certificate will be credited to you in the event of a refund request and upon receipt of the item.
Returning Your Item

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and return shipping costs are non refundable.
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your exchanged item to get to you. Shipping times vary depending on the area that you live in.
